Great location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed. Spent our evenings in nearby The Red Lion, especially when it was hot outside. The bedroom was budget and compact. We had a refrigerator, an air conditioning, and a kettle plus a good-sized bathroom.

The venue is gorgeous and great. It's good value for money with nice looking bathrooms. Nice touch to have an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and climate control. The staff is being superbly friendly. The hotel offers particularly good and magnificent location short walk to Regency square which is very pretty, and the brighton beach shops.

The twin room is exceptional with the windows did n't lock so did n't feel completely comfortable, fridge and the bedroom. The venue has great and absolutely perfect setting in Regency district close enough to the old and iconic West Pier, and the slope. The staff is accommodating, amicable.
